Sandra graduated from the University of New Brunswick with an honours degree in biology in 1999. She went on to further her studies in the faculty of rehabilitation medicine at the University of Alberta where she graduated with a bachelor of science in Occupational Therapy.

Since graduating in 2002, Sandra has worked in many program areas including community based services, vocational rehabilitation, physical rehabilitation as well as child care and early childhood development.

Current memberships include the Canadian Association of Occupational Therapists (CAOT), the Newfoundland and Labrador Association of Occupational Therapists (NLAOT) and the Newfoundland and Labrador Occupational Therapy Board.

At IOHS, Sandra’s responsibilities include home and workplace assessments in the Corner Brook area.
