Renée graduated from Dalhousie University in 2005 with a Bachelor of Science in Occupational Therapy. She has worked as an Occupational Therapist in the public healthcare setting since June of 2005 and most recently joined the team at Integrated Occupational Health Services (IOHS) in January 2009.

Memberships include the Canadian Association of Occupational Therapists (CAOT), the Newfoundland and Labrador Association of Occupational Therapists (NLAOT), and the Newfoundland and Labrador Occupational Therapy Board (NLOTB). Renée has acted as Chair of Public Relations for NLAOT in 2008-2009 with ongoing commitment in this area. She is also an active committee member for Rick Hansen Foundation’s Wheels in Motion Event – St. John’s, which takes place annually.

Renée has experience in physical and mental healthcare settings, including acute care, inpatient rehabilitation, occupational rehabilitation and disability management. At IOHS, Renée is responsible for community-based rehabilitation cases.
